Dump In Bin

Every wrapper deserves a second life.

Cities bury mountains of waste every day. Scroll to follow a handful of snack wrappers from the dump to the ground beneath your feet.

These wrappers were built to last. That's the problem.

The chips packet, the biscuit wrapper, the namkeen pouch. They're multilayer plastic (MLP): thin, dirty and hard to recycle, so most of them end up in landfills like this one.

01 · Collection

We pick it up.

Door-to-door collection for housing societies and bulk waste generators, and scheduled pickups for factories and campuses. Every load is tracked from pickup to plant.

02 · Material recovery

Sorted, item by item.

At our Material Recovery Facility, dry waste is separated by type (PET, metal, paper), and hard-to-recycle MLP like our snack wrappers gets pulled out instead of thrown away.

03 · EPR compliance

Every kilo counted, and credited to the brand that made it.

Every tonne we recover is weighed, documented and traced to a registered recycler. That's what makes our EPR credits ones brands can rely on, across every category of material they're obligated for.

04 · Processing

Shredded into flakes.

The wrappers are cleaned and shredded into small flakes. No longer waste: now it is raw material.

05 · Blending

Mixed with aggregate. Heated.

Plastic flakes and mineral aggregate go in from the top with a few additives, then the mix is heated until the plastic binds everything into one strong, uniform mass.

06 · Moulding

Pressed into shape.

The hot mix is compressed in a mould and cooled into a dense, durable paver.

07 · Plave

These were snack wrappers. Now they're a paver you can walk on.

Meet Plave: 100% recycled, cement-free and made for footpaths, parks and driveways. Look closely and you can still see the wrappers in it.

One loop, from the bin to the building block.

Collection, recovery, compliance and manufacturing run as a single system, so every tonne we pick up has a documented destination. Since 2017, that loop has processed 4,400 tonnes of plastic.

    01

    Collect from bulk generators

It starts at the source. Segregated pickups in all four SWM Rules 2026 streams, from housing societies, campuses and offices, feed our recovery facility with clean, traceable streams.

    02

    Take on industry's waste

Factories hand us every stream, including the ones recyclers refuse. Sorting at our facility turns it into saleable material, and 3,500 tonnes of residue has already gone to energy recovery instead of landfill.

    03

    Credit it to the brands

Because we weigh it in and trace it out, the material we recover becomes EPR credits that producers and brand owners can file with confidence, across all 4 plastic packaging categories and 6 other EPR streams.

    04

    Build with what's left

What nobody else can use becomes Plave pavers and GeoBlocks precast. The loop closes on footpaths and roads, not in a landfill, with pavers that last 15 to 20 years.

What do we make from waste?

Two precast ranges: Plave, a cement-free M50 paver made from 100% recycled material, and GeoBlocks, with 70% recycled content and a GRIHA-certified carbon-neutral claim.
